Support for pupils to stay safe online.

CYBERUK  -  School Cyber Sessions

A CYBERUK fringe event to help schools boost their cyber resilience, and support students to stay more secure online. 


This free event is open to school staff and partners from across the education sector with a stake in promoting cyber resilience. In partnership with the Education Authority (EA), the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), will showcase free practical advice and resources to help schools move forward on their cyber security journey. School Cyber Sessions will cover:

  • Tips to keep sensitive school data safe and secure
  • Guidance on preventing and mitigating ransomware attacks
  • Interactive teaching resources to empower young people to behave securely online
  • Advice, resources and opportunities for schools and students interested in cyber security 

The free “School Cyber Sessions” event take place on Wednesday 19 April 2023. The event will run from 1300-1600 and you will be allocated a 1-hour slot to visit. The “Session” is close by to the main Cyber UK event. School staff and governors are welcome.
