Fun and Games Challenge for Safer Internet Day

CAS, Digital Schoolhouse, and SafeToNet are bringing the Safer Internet Challenge to this year’s Safer Internet Day. 

This year’s Safer Internet Day theme is “All fun and games” and the team have put together a teacher pack which includes guidance on how to stay safe while playing video games. Also provided is a set of activities which can be used to inspire young people to design their own video game, whether that is creating a character profile, designing the game audio, or thinking about gameplay mechanics. 

Certificates are available in the pack for teachers to create their own challenge and award the best entries with certificate of commendation for the winner and a certificate of participation for all. To get started simply register and download the resources here.
