CAS Vocational - AAQs from Pearson

Pearson would like to introduce their cycle 1 AAQ's for 16-18 students for first teach September 2025.  These are

•  Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Computing (AAQ)

•  Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Information Technology (AAQ)

You will be given a chance to find out about these qualifications and how they are assessed and ask any questions to our subject advisor Tim Brady and Product Manager David Pautsch.

We will also give an overview of the other options available and answer any questions on reform and level 2.  The other qualifications we will cover will include

• T Level Technical Qualification in Digital Production, Design and Development - 16-19 students for teaching now

• Pearson BTEC Level 3 Technical Occupational Entry for Cyber Security Technician (Diploma) - 19+ students for Sept 2025 first teach

• Pearson BTEC Level 3 Technical Occupational Entry for Data Technicians (Certificate) - 19+ students for Sept 2026 first teach

• Pearson BTEC Level 3 Technical Occupational Entry for Software Development Technicians (Certificate) - 19+ students for Sept 2026 first teach

• Pearson BTEC Level 3 Technical Occupational Entry for IT & Telecoms (Diploma) - 19+ students for Sept 2026 first teach
