If you’re a teacher interested in making the most of digital technologies in your classroom, or an IT professional keen to support computing education, you’re in the right place.

CAS regional and local communities connect educators and industry professionals who are passionate about computing. Here, you can:

  • Discover practical resources and ideas you can use straight away

  • Keep up to date with local events and discussions

  • Ask questions, share advice, and connect with others who understand your context

  • Offer your expertise or insight from industry to help inspire the next generation

Regional Communities

Our regional communities cover the whole of the UK and are designed to connect people not just online, but in person, so you can build genuine relationships and tap into local expertise.

We provide:

  • An online space for collaboration – share ideas, ask questions, and connect with peers in a supportive virtual environment.

  • Links to local services and opportunities – discover training, resources, and initiatives relevant to your region.

  • Face-to-face events – in-person meet-ups, workshops, and networking sessions where you can meet others in your area, exchange experiences, and get practical, hands-on support.
