This meeting is for Computing Leads across the North East to explore the Curriculum strand of the Computing Quality Framework. We will look at how to make a secure benchmark judgement, what a Level 4 looks like in practice, and how to evidence your provision clearly and effectively.

The session will include guidance on reviewing your current curriculum, identifying strengths and next steps, and considering the kinds of evidence that support accurate self-evaluation. There will also be opportunities to share practice and discuss approaches with colleagues.

Please bring your computing curriculum documents so that you can review them during the session and consider how they may be used as evidence.

Focus of the session:

  • Understanding the Curriculum strand of the Computing Quality Framework

  • How to make a benchmark level judgement

  • What Level 4 looks like in practice

  • Advice on evidencing your provision effectively

  • Reviewing and discussing curriculum documentation
