Partnerships are really important to Computing at School (CAS). We are keen to work with other organisations who share our values and who can help support and enrich our community and the CAS offering.

Below are some of the organisations we are currently working with.

The Arm School Program

The Arm School Program is part of the Education team at Arm, the world’s leading semiconductor IP company. Arm’s technology is in billions of devices – from supercomputers, mobile phones and cars to small computers from partners such as micro:bit, Raspberry Pi and Arduino.

We work with schools and partners in supporting teaching communities of practice and enabling research into STEM & Computing education. We also offer a range of free-to-access resources on arm.com/schools, linked to the Computer Science curriculum.

HelloWorld

The Raspberry Pi Foundation and Computing At School have teamed up to produce Hello World, a computing and digital making magazine for teachers and educators.

The magazine, published three times per year, is available entirely free as a Creative Commons PDF download. You can also buy the magazine in print, or subscribe for a year. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, Hello World is available free of charge, in print, for UK-based educators.

Micro:bit Educational Foundation

The Micro:bit Educational Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation  founded in the UK in 2016, with the aim of inspiring every child to create their best digital future.

This is achieved by developing hardware and software that inspires young people to get excited about technology, creating free, user-friendly educational resources to support teachers, and working with like-minded partners like Computing at School and BCS to deliver high-impact educational programmes across the globe.

CAS University Partners

Computing at School (CAS) collaborates with universities across the UK, with the aim of providing access to a range of resources and local events supporting continuing professional development for the classroom teacher. Below are just some of the universities we are currently working in partnership with.
