Paste, Ask, Act: Making Institutional Knowledge Executable

I teach A-Level Computer Science and OCR Data Analytics to 70+ students. This talk shows how I use AI to encode what a school already knows — SEND guidance, curriculum standards, what worked last lesson — into a system that applies it automatically every time I generate a resource or analyse assessment data. I'll share how pasting raw markbook data revealed that students with identical grades needed completely different interventions (a pattern that replicated across both subjects), how one analysis led to a SEND referral that grades alone would have missed, and how a targeted boot camp raised programming scores from 28% to 50%.
