Cyber Choices Teams work nationally through Regional Organised Crime Units and form part of the National Cyber Strategy for the UK.

The Cyber Choices programme is led by The National Crime Agency and features in 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'

Cyber Choices is all about helping young people to make the right choices in their online behaviour. The average age of a cyber criminal is just 16 years old. We want to support them in understanding the law and making informed decisions when using technology. We promote positive, legal cyber opportunities, both in training and skills development and in future careers.

We work with individuals who are at risk of, or on the cusp of, committing cyber crime. We aim to avoid criminalisation of these young people, and work with them to educate them about the Computer Misuse Act. Let us help you to isnpire the next generation of tech talent.

We also offer free training for school staff and other partners about the Cyber Choices programme, including when and how to make a referral to us.

The attached guide explains the work that we do and how to reach out to your region team.
