There's an AI for lots of tasks now. Some are helpful, some less so!

In this resource, I've pulled together AI tools for almost all stages of software development - from ideation, to prototyping, to building, to pitching and beyond. All are tools I've personally used - many following recommendations from CompSci/Digital T-level teachers!

For each tool I've briefly outlined how it can be used, a link to the tool, it's limitations, and how much you can get of it for free. It's fairly current as of Sept 2024.

A note on the author: Full disclosure - I am not a CompSci Teacher! I am a former CTO from the British Military with over a decade's experience in AI. I now run an AI-skills start-up called Inversity (www.inversity.co/educators) mainly aimed at A-level CompSci and Digital T-level Students. You can get in touch and send me feedback (good or bad!) on james@inversity.co
