This lesson sequence has been based on the competency framework of learning targets that has been robustly scrutinised and mapped to the National Curriculum for Computing (2014 edition, DfE reference DFE-00171-2013). The learner end-points were taken from the competency framework produced by e-Learning and Information Management (eLIM) Service at Somerset County Council and distributed by the National STEM Learning Centre in its role as National Centre for Computing Education consortium partner.

The suggested expected outcomes assume the use of Google Chromebooks although it should be possible to easy adapt the sequence to other platforms.
