Translating Questions

We're very thankful for the contribution of questions by individuals and organisations.
As a result of their generosity, there is a stock of questions that needs translating into a format that fits the DiagnosticQuestions requirements. Email Cynthia for the most up-to-date list.

• A kind teacher has offered about 100 Kahoot questions, but they need to be translated.

• The Canterbury Question Bank have also offered their questions. It's a huge resource of 650 questions that just needs some attention to convert to 4 choice MCQs. These questions can be downloaded in HTML, so there's the possibility to process them by scripts. Any takers???

• Another contributor has offered all the questions on their WikiBooks site. Several hundred questions need distractors. Are you good at that???

Writing questions for quizzes

This is the mini-project to generate lots of MCQs in a short time, this term to be precise.

Project Quantum has funds to pay teachers for writing questions for quizzes.

Creating quizzes from existing questions

• There are currently more than 2000 MCQs on the DiagnosticQuestions site, but currently only 7 public quizzes.

• Are you good at putting together quizzes? Have a go. Just remember to make them publicly accessible for the whole community to share.

Improving the quality of questions

While you're having a look, take an opportunity to evaluate existing questions. If you find inaccuracies, misspellings, or other errors, flag them up for a moderator
