👩‍💻 Inspiring Digital Leaders: What Shapes Girls’ Journeys into STEM?

Join us for a powerful session as we follow the stories of Grace, Harriet, Kiara, and Manisha—four young women now thriving in STEM careers. We’ll trace their journeys from Year 7 through to sixth form, exploring the school experiences, opportunities, and support that helped them become digital leaders.

👩‍🏫 Who’s it for? Anyone passionate about increasing the participation of girls in Computing and creating a culture of digital leadership in schools.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • The impact of self-efficacy and how to nurture it

  • Enrichment opportunities that make a difference

  • The role of strategic staffing in shaping outcomes

  • How these factors link to GCSE and A Level uptake

💡 Looking to boost girls’ confidence in Computing? Come and learn what works.

🎯 Want to create long-term change? Get ideas to embed across your school.

🤝 Keen to hear real stories with real impact? These journeys will inspire you.
