CAS Secondary - Reflections on leadership

Launch of the Secondary Leaders Toolkit

In conjunction with many secondary teachers and others computing experts a new toolkit is being published by CAS directly addressing the needs of Subject Leads in scondary schools.  The aim is to support leaders of computing in developing our subject in their school.

Complementing the wider CAS community and the National Centre for Computing Education’s (NCCE) Computing Quality Framework the toolkit provides recommendations and case studies from active practitioners.

The toolkit addresses a wide variety of issuies including:

* Enrichment
* OFSTED Deep Dive
* Online safety
* Pedagogy
* Programming
* Quality Review Framework
* Raising attainment
* Resourcing
* Transition KS2-KS3, KS4-KS5
