Sorting Wizardry using the Micro:bit

The Sorting Wizardry Workshop will take you through basic sorting tasks to use in the classroom and then demonstrate how to program this, in less than 20 lines of Python code, for the Micro:bit to mimic the Sorting Hat from Harry Potter. Angela will also take you through a more simple, none speech version using the Block Editor.

This workshop is suitable for upper KS2 or KS3 though the task can easily be adapted foe all ages. The workshop will be presented by Angela Allen, Senior Lecturer (Education), Queens University Belfast.
