Paignton Library code club is on Saturday 3rd September 10am until 12:00.

I am hoping, that we can carry on with Scratch, Free Code Camp and maybe undertake more Lego WeDo.
Any children who have some expertise with this would be welcome.
I will have some e-safety resources to share too, plus more on the way if they have not already arrived by Saturday.
Paul
I am currently sorting out a job application for a LSA post in a school. At the same timw working on various projects, testing big blue button, working on a few science practical ideas for the STEM group at the local library But these practicals should be useable in a primary school too.
Some projects such as a Minetest server and a BASH guide are in limbo while other things get set up properly. But that isn’t a problem.
Just started to experiment with Jupyter notebook, probably a little advanced for primary schools, but markdown isn’t and to some extent neither is python or LaTeX, I think if a school can set up a data set and get Jupyter to display the results then it may be something to look in to.
Everyone will be down the beach, surely
Thanks
I have not used discourse for a while as the other forum I am on is seems to be quiet too.

Paul
