Welcome to the CAS Northampton Primary. The community has been created to support teachers and trainers in the local area and beyond.
Our focus is Primary but we work closely with CAS Northampton Secondary and CAS Milton Keynes Mixed Community if you are secondary based.
We hope to host a mix of face-to-face and remote network meetings and training and we are always open to hearing what schools need and want so we can tailor our offer.

Invitation to BCS BBN Branch Cyber Challenge Competition 2024
We would like to invite your Year 5 to Year 10 students to participate in an upcoming regional computing competition.
Please direct this email to your Computing and Maths teachers, and STEM coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity for coding clubs and projects for students in Maths and Computing classes. The competition could be a very positive experience for your students. The competition is a positive way for schools to advance their STEM Gatsby benchmarks.
BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, champions the global IT profession and the interests of individuals engaged in that profession for the benefit of all. Since 2013, the BCS Bedford Branch has been running a coding competition for Schools to cultivate young computing leaders. This is a collaboration with regional Police and other sponsors.
The competition is open to all schools in the geographic areas of Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, North and West Northamptonshire.
The submission deadline is 20th June 2024. Please register your interest by email to: bbnbr@bcs.co.uk. This will greatly help our preparation logistics.
