Welcome to the CAS Abingdon and Oxford Secondary Community, an established community of practice supporting secondary teachers in and around the area of Abingdon based at Oxford High and John Mason School. The community has supported teachers across secondary schools in the local area especially with AQA Computer Science. Gilly and James welcome anyone who is interested in supporting computing in local secondary schools to the community meetings.

It’s been a while! Come to our Summer Meetup at John Mason School and share how the year has been and what you’d like to do next year. There will be some specific input (listed below) but it’s always a good opportunity to discuss issues with like-minded colleagues. If you have some specific acitivities/events you’d like to talk about then let us know.

Hi everyone - we’re planning our first in-person event for almost 3 YEARS!! later this term once the exam season is over - Tuesday 5th July in Oxford. Further details at Networking event - - it will be great to catch up with those we’ve not seen for so long and to meet those new to the area/CS.
