North East

Welcome to CAS Regional Centre North East

CAS North East is run by Newcastle University School of Computing Science. The regional centre is a natural extension of our existing work with CAS. CAS and teachers are at the heart of our schools outreach work and sustained engagement with the region's computing education community. In addition to the information on these pages we have an established CAS North East Web site with listing of CAS and CAS-related events in the region and other information for teachers. For information about a PGCE in Computer Science Secondary Education in the North East please see the course at Sunderland University. And go to @casnortheast for our twitter feed.
