in conjunction with Allstate
NI, one of our industry stakeholders, is providing a 5-day teacher training course
in C#, a high level computer programming language. The
course is designed to provide teachers with the necessary skills to deliver the
computer programming element of CCEA’s
GCSE Digital Technology and GCE Software Systems Development qualifications.
If you only want to avail
of the GCSE training then the requirement is to attend only the first 3 days.
The course operates on a first come first served basis. In the event of
over-subscription, those schools that have not previously availed of the
Allstate NI training in C# or the previous training for GCE Software Systems
Development will get priority. Places
will initially be allocated to one participant per school. Book your place at http://ccea.org.uk/events . The deadline for registering your interest is Friday 7 June at 12.00pm.
Tea/coffee will be provided upon arrival each day at 09.30am with refreshments and a light lunch being served at lunchtime. A finishing time of 16.30pm is expected.
