Leadership Coaching Academy - Twilight surgery: Monitoring and evaluating your own needs and well-being

This twilight surgery is open to tier 1 and tier 2 coaches. Each surgery will have a theme for discussion and will provide an updates relating to the CAS Leadership Coaching Academy as well as further opportunities to practice coaching with fellow CAS coaches.

The focus for this session is on coach well-being:

The core of our training has been dedicated on how the coach can help the coachee develop insight and progress. We have also observed that effective coaching includes the coach to be able to recognise how they may be influencing the coachee in often subtle ways. We would like to switch more the attention to you, the coach. We want to consider together how the coach can actively moderate their impact as role model by monitoring and evaluating their own needs and well-being.
