CAS Working Groups

Working Groups bring together specialist knowledge and insight from across the membership to improve outcomes in specific challenge aspects and report into the CAS Board

CAS Assessment provides clear, informed opinions on current issues concerning the assessment of Computing. Our work reflects current academic and professional understanding. 

CAS Curriculum encourages debate and critical analysis of the current curriculum with the aim of sharing a common view on what works well and what can be improved with the curriculum.

CAS #Include raise awareness of these issues among educators, enabling school staff to access and apply current research about giving all students the encouragement to study Computer Science. 

CAS Physical Computing an informal group advocating physical computing through project-based learning. 

CAS Primary focused on supporting non-specialist teachers of Computing at Primary level (students aged 11 years and below) in the UK.

CAS Research aims to help teachers, academics and others work together with regard to research and to help foster collaborative links between schools and universities.
