BCS and CAS have been asked by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport to help collect views of young people about the new Internet Safety Strategy, which is a major Government initiative aiming to offer greater protection for children from online abuse and wider threats.
As a teacher within the CAS Network of Excellence, it would be a great help if you could get some of your students to complete a short survey we have created on some of the subjects within the Strategy.
The survey is eight questions long in a mostly, Yes/No format and can be completed within a few minutes. The results will be entirely anonymous, for both the pupil and the school. The results will be fed directly into Government and this presents a fantastic opportunity to influence policy for the better.
You can access the survey here: https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=151151285823
The deadline for responses is shortly before Christmas, so we would be very appreciative if you could share this during the few weeks remaining in this term.
